How do I use it: Shake the Flocker can well. Spray product into your hands, then rub hands together. For wet hair, work product through your hair; blow dry, or let dry naturally.

For dry hair, work product through hair by ""scrunching"" with your fingers. Style hair further if necessary. Use the hairspray next, and spray hair at the root in short bursts to add volume.
